Contact Autographs 101
Autographs 101 is the collection record for autographs and the collectors who keep them. Email is the way to reach us. A message does not submit a signature for a Pre-Screen, open a membership, or change a public piece.
Account and product help goes to support@autographs101.app. Include the email on the account and what you were trying to do. Do not send your password, a full card number, or photos of a government ID. If you cannot sign in and need a deletion request looked at, say so. Ownership is checked before account data is removed.
Membership and Pre-Screen credit questions go to the same support address. Name the plan you bought and the date if you have it. We cannot see a full card number. Receipts and plan status stay on the account that paid. Buying a membership does not authenticate a piece and does not publish a collection.
Press and interview requests also go to support@autographs101.app with “Press” in the subject. Tell us the outlet and the question. We do not offer quotes about whether a signature is genuine. Pre-Screen is a photo observation, not a certificate.
Privacy requests go to privacy@autographs101.app. Legal notices go to legal@autographs101.app. Dealer questions about a paused enrollment go to dealers@autographs101.app. Those mailboxes are read by the same small team. Use the one that matches the request so the note is filed with the right thread.
The public mailing address is Autographs 101, c/o Mike Redler, 867 Boylston Street, 5th Floor #1586, Boston, MA 02116. Mail is slower than email and is not a way to submit a signature for review. Please do not send pieces, certificates, or cash.
If you are writing about a public piece or a public profile, include the page link. We can look at a report of a policy problem. We cannot appraise the piece or tell you what it should sell for. Sold prices belong to the auction or marketplace that published them.
