Support

Support is email plus the signed-in request form on this page. support@autographs101.app is the mailbox. Use it for a sign-in problem, a membership receipt, a Pre-Screen credit that does not match the plan you paid for, or a public page that looks wrong. Include the account email and the page link. Leave out passwords and full card numbers.

We do not authenticate a signature by email and we do not appraise one. A photo in a support thread is for the product problem you are describing, not for a verdict. If you want a photo observation, use Pre-Screen and read its limits. If you want a certificate, use the issuer’s own submission process.

Account deletion is a separate confirmed step after a recent sign-in. The deletion page explains it. Writing to support can start a conversation if you cannot sign in. It does not delete the account by itself. Privacy questions can go to privacy@autographs101.app.

The mailing address for notices is Autographs 101, c/o Mike Redler, 867 Boylston Street, 5th Floor #1586, Boston, MA 02116. Pieces and certificates should not be mailed there.

A membership question should name the plan and the date the charge posted. We can see the plan on the account that paid. We cannot see a full card number, and we do not move a plan to a different email without confirming both sides. Pre-Screen credits that came with a plan stay on that account. They are not a certificate and they are not transferable as cash.

If a public page shows the wrong photo or a piece you did not mean to publish, send the link and say what should change. Hiding a piece is the owner’s control on the piece itself. Support can help when you cannot sign in to do it. We do not take a piece into custody, and we do not contact a buyer for you.
